Original condition
Acreage that had not been maintained in over fifteen years: heavy brush, cedar and pine saplings, and impenetrable scrub across most of the parcel.

Reclaim the parcel as usable, accessible land and re-establish the perimeter.
Our approach
Cut access lanes first, then worked the parcel in sections. Larger material was consolidated and removed; the balance was mulched in place and graded for walkability.
