Reclamation is staged work. We cut access first, then work the parcel in sections, deciding as we go what stays: canopy trees, stone walls, ledge, wet areas, existing paths.
The end result is not landscaped. It's land you can walk, drive, survey, hunt, build on or finally plan around.
