Project Manager
Own the schedule, the crews and the client relationship on tree, clearing and property-improvement projects across Plymouth County, the South Shore and Cape Cod.
What you'll do
- Estimate, scope and price tree removal, clearing and property-improvement work
- Schedule crews, equipment and subcontractors to keep jobs moving
- Walk properties with clients and set clear expectations before work begins
- Coordinate permits, utility notifications and site access
- Track job costs, production and change orders through completion
- Enforce safety standards and quality of finish on every site
What we're looking for
- 3+ years managing tree, landscape, site or excavation projects
- Ability to read a property and identify hazards, access and equipment needs
- Strong written and verbal communication with clients and crews
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with estimating software, scheduling tools and email
