Laborer
Entry point to a trade. Work alongside experienced operators, learn the equipment, and grow into a foreman role.
What you'll do
- Drag brush, feed the chipper and load logs and debris
- Support tree removal, trimming, stump and clearing operations
- Rake, blow and hand-clean job sites at the end of every day
- Assist with hardscape, mulch, seeding and site-prep work
- Help maintain trucks, trailers, saws and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What we're looking for
- No experience required — willingness to work and learn is what matters
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to our Carver yard
- Show up on time, every day, ready to work
- 18 years or older
