Foreman
Lead a crew in the field — run the equipment, set the pace, and leave every property cleaner than you found it.
What you'll do
- Run daily operations for a two- to five-person crew
- Operate compact track loaders, excavators, loaders and chipper trucks
- Perform and direct tree removal, trimming, stump and brush work
- Complete a daily job-site safety briefing and enforce PPE use
- Protect lawns, drives, structures and plantings during production
- Report progress, issues and material needs to the project manager
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of tree, clearing or excavation crew experience, including crew leadership
- Confident operating heavy equipment and chainsaws
- Valid driver's license; CDL a plus (we'll help you get it)
- Able to work outdoors year-round and respond to storm work
- Dependable, on time, and takes pride in a clean finish
